One of my goals in life is to eat my way through Atlanta.
And while trying to achieve that goal I found myself at a new Buckhead spot – Thirteen Pies. It was there, that Anna and I feasted on baked goat cheese, a mushroom pizza, and the best blueberry salad I have ever had. So good that I went home that evening and recreated it for dinner (and possibly lunch the next day.)
I used this recipe to for the blueberry vinaigrette and made enough to dress my salads for the next week and a half.
