I whipped up (literally) a few ramekins of this recipe in honor of St. Patrick’s Day last month and have been trying to think of a good reason to make it again. But let’s be honest, we don’t need a holiday to indulge in our favorite creamy Irish liqueur – your Monday morning coffee is excuse enough. 😉
