These soups may not freeze beautifully per say, but it’s a beautiful thing to have soup on hand when you’ve worked late, can’t wait 50 minutes for Door Dash to arrive or when you’re slated to have 6 more weeks of winter.

While a warm bowl of broth-y goodness is my go-to comfort food, I’m also guilty of making a huge pot of soup and promising myself to eat it all week – only to get tired of it two days later.  My solution to eliminating the waste? Freezing individual portions for quick and easy reheats.
